Easy Mayonnaise/ Mayo Recipe

Mayonnaise / Mayo is generally used for dressing various kinds of delicious edibles like Burger, Shuarma, Sandwiches & Zinger. Normally, you buy a packet of Mayonnaise for your use. To keep yourself healthy, rely on Home-made food. Here we are going to share the recipe of commercially used Mayonnaise.

Commercially used Mayo/Mayonnaise Recipe

To make Mayo is not a cooking process. In fact, it is a chemical process named emulsion. It means you mix two things via high-speed blender by using some helper substances that normally don't mix. Without any further discussion. Let's move to the Recipe. 

Ingredients for Mayonnaise:

  • 750ml Vegetable Oil (Banaspati Oil)
  • 3 Eggs Yolk Only
  • 1 Tbsp of Mustard Paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Pink Salt Powder 
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 10ml Liquid Glucose

Note: Use a glass jar or plastic jar for blending the paste. The acidic lemon juice may react with the metallic pot to result in some metallic smell or taste. 


Take 3 egg yolks in a blender jar and 1Tbsp of mustard Paste. Blend it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add a little of the oil one by one while the blender is moving at high speed. Blend it thoroughly until it gets into a thick paste. 

Without turning off the blender, add the other ingredients like Black Pepper, Salt, Lemon juice, and Sugar. 

In the end, add 10ml of Liquid Glucose and Blend for a further 3 to 4 minutes. While doing this blending, use a spoon or stirrer to stir the paste in the jar. 

Now the result is 1kg Mayonnaise yield. 

Add some garlic or paprika to give it a specific flavor.
