Payaz Paratha is an Asian breakfast recipe that can be easily cooked in 15 minutes. It is tasty yet full of nutrients to start your day of a healthy life.

Payaz Paratha Recipe:


  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 4-5 green chilies (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup coriander (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Pink Salt Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Pimenta or Garam Masala Powder 
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder or to taste
  • Dough (Wheat Flour)
  • Cooking Oil


Step 1:

Take all the ingredients except Dough and oil into a bowl. Mix them well 

Step 2:

Take a half fist of Dough and roll it into a circular bread. In the same way, make another bread.

Now oil the upper surface of one and place the mixed component. 

Cover the first bread with the other one and glue it with water or simply pressing it.

Step 3:

Now cook it on low flame in a cooking pan by apply 1.5 to 2 Tbsp of oil for 7 to 12 minutes. Remove from pan when it gets reddish-brown.

Your Payaz Paratha is ready. Cut it into 4 pieces and enjoy.
